Double Your Donation
 
Many companies, such as Microsoft, IBM, Wells Fargo, Expedia, Costco, Boeing, Starbucks and MANY more will match employee donations (and some will match your volunteer time too) to the Creekside PTSA.

If you/your spouse work(s) for one of these generous employers, you may be able to DOUBLE your donations! In addition, many companies, such as Microsoft, also will make a donation based on your time SPENT volunteering for an activity. Contact your HR Department to find out the details and ask how to make a matching gift request today.
 
Most requests are EASY and processed online or with company forms:

• ONLINE: Submit your request through your company’s matching gifts website.

• FORMS: Request and complete the employee portion of your company’s form. Return it to school with your child (in an envelope marked “PTSA – Matching Funds”).

Creekside PTSA, local unit number 2.6.4 was chartered on April 21, 2010, incorporated on June 4, 2010. 
Creekside PTSA was recognized by the IRS as a non-profit, tax exempt organization on November 4, 2010,
under section 501C (3)  Tax ID: 27-2303147
The PTSA is registered under the Charitable Solicitations Act, and assigned the registration number 30113. 
The mailing address for Creekside PTSA is 20777 SE 16th St. Sammamish, WA 98075
 
 
Please make sure you use the name Creekside Elementary PTSA – we are a separate organization from Creekside Elementary School and Issaquah School District.
