Nominations for Golden Acorn and

Outstanding Educator Awards

It’s that time of year!  We want to recognize our fantastic volunteers and educators. You have admired their dedication - now is your chance to recognize them!  There is no better compliment than getting recognized by your peers.

THE GOLDEN ACORN AWARD - Each year our PTSA gives the Golden Acorn Award to someone who has given exemplary service to children in our school community. The Golden Acorn Award is very special and is reserved for those committed to continuing and dedicated service. It recognizes service “above and beyond” a particular job description.  We do encourage that all nominees are current PTSA members.

OUTSTANDING EDUCATOR AWARD - The Outstanding Educator Award was created to recognize individuals who have provided outstanding educational opportunities for children and youth that are beyond the normal scope of their jobs.

The PTSA is the school's Parent Teacher Student Association. We are a registered not-for-profit comprised of parent volunteers, just like you, who help provide many programs and events at Creekside.
