Grade Level Leads

Grade Level Leads are responsible for working with and communicating with Classroom Leads across the entire grade level and the Art Docent Coordinator.

  • To know the information found in the Art Docent Handbook.

  • Plan projects with grade-level Teachers and Classroom Leads for the entire year.

  • Provide support to Classroom Leads.

  • Ensure Classroom Leads are prepared to teach the lessons through monthly training.
  • Preparing grade-level supply bin. Then, put supplies away after the final class.
  • Request supplies through the Art Docent Chair
  • Work closely with Clay Chair, schedule clay preparation, assist with kiln, and see all classes complete their clay project.

  • Communicate with grade-level teaching staff and docents as necessary
